Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks an Architectural Sales Representative to drive profitable revenue of fence materials in a defined market area. This remote role covers our Central market with a base in Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL.

You will engage architects, design-build firms, and other specifiers to grow revenue and build a strong pipeline. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, promoting products, maintaining accounts, and collaborating with inside sales and product teams on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in fencing/building materials.
• Ability to design, quote and price custom fence/railing projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 50% to cover Central market territory.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the territory.
• Promote products to architectural firms, design-build firms, and others.
• Maintain and grow architect accounts and develop new ones.
• Serve as product, industry, and brand expert to drive business.
• Attend customer events, tradeshows, and other events annually.
• Present to architects to create market demand for products.
• Maintain a active sales pipeline for opportunities and new customers.
• Collaborate with inside sales on order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with product teams on rollout of new products and pricing strategies.
