Latham, The Pool Company, a leading pool equipment maker, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast. You will onboard and grow dealer purchases, manage a defined geographic area, and drive year-over-year sales growth while supporting marketing programs and dealer education.

Responsibilities include implementing geography-based strategies, building dealer relationships, and coordinating with Marketing and Operations to optimize pricing, programs, and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong business development and territory management skills.

• Drive growth and loyalty of dealers in assigned territory.
• Implement strategies for geography, brands, and programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotions with dealers.
• Support training and “How to Sell” boot camps for dealers.
• Manage accounts receivable and participate in trade shows.
