Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for TX with a remote USA work arrangement. This role focuses on profitable sales of pool components, accessories, and services, while expanding dealer networks and increasing market share across distributors.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, achieving sales goals with healthy margins, and using Sugar CRM to forecast and track opportunities. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5 years minimum of experience in sales and/or territory/customer management.
• Strong computer skills; CRM tools experience is critical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage existing accounts; aggressively solicit new accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a profit margin.
• Roll out, monitor, and report on sales programs & results weekly.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain an opportunity pipeline in Sugar CRM.
• Educate dealers on the use, sale, and installation of products and services.
