Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northeast for the Pool group. You will lead and coach the sales team, drive strategies to exceed territory goals, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

You will analyze market trends, coach performance, and deliver data-driven insights to senior management. Travel up to 50% overnight is expected as you expand the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven people leadership experience.
• Experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Implement sales strategies to reach territory targets.
• Represent the company and build relationships with key players.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
