Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Fiberglass Pools sales across an assigned US territory, operating remotely from CA/NV/AZ. You will prospector and onboard new dealers, manage pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market share.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or BD, a bachelor's degree, and strong CRM, analytics, and presentation skills. A competitive benefits package and a $100k–$125k salary with a 40% bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
• Minimum of 5+ years in sales, business development, account management, or territory management.
• Experience in swimming pool, pool equipment, building products, construction, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual and quarterly targets for incremental net sales and gross margin.
• Develop territory growth plans and identify whitespace and priority segments.
• Prospect, recruit, convert, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Manage a qualified pipeline with stage, value, probability, and close dates.
• Provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
