The position requires 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in the pool industry, travel ~70%, and strong technical/CRM proficiency. Remote work in Western Canada with full-time employment and a sales incentive plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in the POOL and SPA space.
• Strong technical acumen/experience required.
• Travel approximately 70% with overnights; prior overnight travel is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement Latham strategies based on geography, brands and programs.
• Serve customers in a defined geographic area working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Execute plans to ensure growth benchmarks in dealer and region level product line sales.
• Focus on execution to drive participation and results.
• Promote, implement and drive adoption of Loyalty, Growth and Branding programs.
