Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for FL (Orlando/Jacksonville) in a remote-friendly role. You will drive profitable sales of pool components and services across a broad product line, while expanding dealer networks and maximizing market share.

You will maintain key accounts, manage CRM data, and collaborate with management to forecast opportunities and execute programs in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales/territory or customer-management experience.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage existing accounts; aggressively solicit new accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining profit margin.
• Roll out, monitor, and report on sales programs and results weekly.
• Serve as local market expert; apply trends to opportunities for management.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and timely.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain an opportunity pipeline in Sugar CRM.
• Educate dealers on use, sale, and installation of products and services.
• Develop strong relationships with major accounts and distribution partners.
• Execute, communicate, and coordinate all regional sales programs.
• Gather, analyze, and report competitive intelligence within territory.
• Participate in trade organizations and trade shows as requested.
