Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for Evansville, IN to drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and strategic opportunities. You will manage customer relationships, oversee project details, and coordinate with installation crews to ensure timely completion.

The role offers a strong base compensation range with uncapped commissions, a pension plan, and comprehensive benefits. Remote work from home is possible when not in the field, with ongoing training and career development

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites coordinating with installation crews.
