Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for the Indianapolis South area to drive B2B sales growth and manage client projects. You will coordinate with installation crews and maintain client records, while advancing opportunities in a fast-changing market.

The role offers a base of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped earnings and strong growth potential; flexible work-from-home days are available when not in the field, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
