Qualifications

• First-hand experience in food service, distribution or hospitality.
• Strong pastry knowledge or culinary background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current customer base and product needs to offer optimal solutions and update CRM.
• Consult with customers on market conditions, innovations, and product information; train customer staff.
• Present to key decision makers and provide cost/quality benefit analysis.
• Develop sales strategies to grow market share within the territory and solicit new business.
• Travel to visit customers within the assigned geographic territory and manage accounts.
