Job summary

ACP, Inc. a Welbilt division, seeks a Sales Leader to drive growth across the South-Central US, Mexico, and LATAM markets. This remote-based role is ideally located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and requires roughly 75% domestic and international travel.

Candidates with culinary, foodservice operations, or food science backgrounds are highly valued. Prior sales experience is beneficial, but the right mix of culinary expertise and relationship skills will be coached, with emphasis on driving

Qualifications

• Culinary training or certification strongly preferred; CEC designation a plus.
• Sales and business development experience preferred; willingness to train.
• Spanish-language proficiency strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key accounts, dealers, distributors, manufacturer’s representatives, consultants and end users to achieve sales, revenue and profitability objectives.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value and business growth.
• Utilize market intelligence and customer insights to support product development, global sales strategies and market positioning.
• Represent ACP at industry trade shows, customer events, product demonstrations, food application development and training and education activities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide account performance reporting, opportunities and market developments, as well as effective management of territory planning, travel and customer activities.
