Job summary

ACP, Inc., a Welbilt division, seeks a Sales Leader to drive growth across the South-Central US, Mexico, and LATAM. This remote-based role is ideally located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and requires approximately 75% travel.

Candidates with culinary, foodservice operations, or food science backgrounds are preferred; sales experience is beneficial but we value culinary expertise and relationship-building skills. You will help customers succeed and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Culinary/foodservice background strongly preferred; CEC a plus.
• Sales experience is beneficial, but candidates with culinary expertise and relationship skills can be trained.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key accounts, dealers, distributors, manufacturer’s representatives, consultants and end users to achieve sales, revenue and profitability objectives.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value and business growth.
• Utilize market intelligence and customer insights to support product development and global sales strategies.
• Represent ACP at industry trade shows, customer events, product demonstrations, and training activities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report account performance and market developments.
