Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product in a defined territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and achieve territory sales goals while navigating a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and the ability to translate clinical data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; launch experience a plus.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and business execution with disease-state knowledge and guidelines.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales goals.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver strategic call plans and compelling product presentations to customers.
