Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in a defined US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires 3+ years pharma/biotech sales, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 60%. A launch track record and cardiometabolic specialty experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and drive product adoption.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
• Deliver compliant product presentations and address questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches.
