Job summary

The ideal candidate for Novolex lives in Virginia or nearby and will join our remote sales team. This home-based role focuses on achieving sales goals, expanding distribution, and developing new accounts across the territory.

Travel is required (40-50%), with a valid driver’s license and 2–3 years of sales experience. A BA/BS is preferred; compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within assigned territory.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and manage customer relationships.
• Develop new accounts and promote products to customers.
• Demonstrate products and advise on best applications.
• Engage prospects, explain features and benefits, and close sales.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and revenue performance.
• Interpret accounts and trends for management.
• Manage pricing, warranties, and receivables for accounts.
• Travel as required to support customers and opportunities.
