Job summary

Novolex seeks a remote sales professional to join the Commercial Non-Foods Distribution team, focusing on achieving sales goals, developing distribution, and managing broker relationships. Travel will be frequent, including overnight stays as needed, to grow accounts and secure opportunities.

The role requires 2-3 years of sales experience, a BA/BS preferred in business or related fields, and strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and maintain effective agreements.
• Direct communication with customers, present and prospective.
• Develop new accounts and perform field promotion work.
• Demonstrates products and explains best applications to customers.
• Close sales transactions and manage pricing, warranties, receivables.
