Job summary

Nationwide’s Property and Casualty team seeks a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development. Remote role focused on Commercial Lines Middle Market within Human Services/Nonprofit.

You’ll market, underwrite and grow business with select agencies in the New England territory, visiting partners across the region and beyond. You’ll lead sales strategy, negotiate plans, and drive profit while collaborating with internal partners to improve retention and profitability; travel for agency

Qualifications

• Multiline commercial insurance underwriting experience with authority.
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience.
• Strong business development, production and agency management orientation.

Responsibilities

• Markets Nationwide products to drive agency results and develop business in targeted markets.
• Quotes, binds, and underwrites complex commercial lines for select agencies.
• Develops sales strategies and agency relationships to improve profitability.
• Coordinates with internal partners to deliver service and meet objectives.
