Nationwide in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to lead production underwriting for Commercial Lines Middle Market within Human Services and Nonprofit accounts. You will market, manage and underwrite with select agencies, driving profit and growth across the New England territory from CT to VT.

This role requires strong underwriting authority, business development skills, and the ability to travel regularly (25 agency visits per year).

Formación

• Multi-line commercial insurance underwriting experience with underwriting authority.
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience.
• Strong business development skills with agency management orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies.
• Drive profit and premium to meet goals through developing, negotiating and implementing business plans.
• Lead and influence agencies with sales strategies and processes to drive new sales and retention.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support and increase Nationwide presence.
• Develop and monitor agency business plans with actions and performance checkpoints.
• Travel to visit key agency partners and manage territory effectively.
