Nationwide’s Property and Casualty team seeks a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to lead production underwriting for Human Services and Nonprofit accounts across the New England territory. This remote role requires regular agency visits and collaboration with internal partners to drive profit and growth.

You’ll develop sales plans, manage agency relationships, and drive underwriting excellence while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional customer value.

Qualifikationen

• Multi-line commercial insurance underwriting experience with authority
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience
• Strong business development and agency management experience

• Markets Nationwide products and services to help drive agency and company results, including all products that may improve offerings.
• Assists agency with strategies for pipeline management, producer development and developing business in targeted industries and preferred markets.
• Develops and maintains strong business relationships with agencies, producers and key groups.
• Leads delivery of appropriate customer service levels and ensures proper handling of service requests.
• Manages workflow and intricacies of underwriting assigned work by utilizing company tools and systems.
