Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Seven years of underwriting and sales experience in commercial business preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills; ability to build partnerships.
• Knowledge of underwriting standards and product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement agency sales plans and processes to win business.
• Coordinate territory plans and agency visits to grow books of business.
