Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development to operate remotely within the Eastern Time Zone, covering New England and possibly nearby states. You will research markets, underwrite complex human services nonprofit commercial lines, and lead agency relationships to drive growth and profitability.

You’ll partner with sales and marketing, craft strategies, and execute plans that expand market presence while maintaining strict underwriting standards and service

Qualifications

• Multi-line commercial underwriting experience with authority.
• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience.
• Strong business development skills and agency management experience.

Responsabilités

• Markets Nationwide products and services to drive agency and company results.
• Underwrites and quotes complex commercial policies for select agencies.
• Leads development of business plans with agencies and brokers to grow profit and premium.
• Collaborates with internal partners to align underwriting standards with sales objectives.
• Manages agency visits and maintains strong relationships with key partners.
• Drives customer service excellence and ensures delivery of service levels.
