Job summary

Sentec seeks a Territory Manager based in the Greater Dallas or Fort Worth area to lead respiratory care product sales across the assigned territory. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, building a robust pipeline, and fostering relationships with customers and KOLs.

You will provide in-service education, training, and technical support while aligning with budgets and supporting industry trade shows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Experience with achieving sales success through the 'concept selling' process is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Sell capital and disposable products within the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach; develop KOL relationships.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including proposals, RFPs, and presentations; maintain CRM records.
