Job summary

Sentec is seeking a Territory Manager based in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul area to oversee respiratory care products across the assigned territory.

The role involves selling capital and disposable products, building a robust pipeline, and managing end-to-end sales with proposals, RFPs, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate has a science/respiratory therapy or business background and 3+ years selling medical devices to hospitals, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Experience with the "concept selling" process is a plus.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Sell capital and disposable products.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and various outreach methods, and develop strong customer and KOL relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and timely feedback on market conditions, while adhering to budget guidelines and supporting industry trade shows.
• Remote position requiring residence in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN area with overnight travel estimated at 50% - 65%.
