Sentec is seeking a Territory Manager based in the Greater Seattle or Greater Portland area to oversee Sentec's respiratory care products within the assigned territory. The role requires building a strong sales pipeline, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and delivering technical training and support to customers.

You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, key opinion leaders, and teams, while traveling 50–65% and coordinating with internal teams to meet budget guidelines and drive market

Qualifikationen

• Requires a degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Experience with concept selling is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain required vaccinations.

Aufgaben

• Sell capital and disposable products within the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach, developing relationships with customers and KOLs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including proposals, RFPs, and presentations; maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and market feedback; support industry trade shows.
• Remote position requiring residence in Greater Seattle, WA or Greater Portland, OR with 50–65% overnight travel.
