Job summary

Sentec, a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care, seeks a Territory Manager based in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul area to oversee Sentec's respiratory care products within the assigned territory.

You will build a sales pipeline, sell capital and disposable products, manage end-to-end sales processes, provide training and support, and travel up to 50-65%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Experience with achieving sales success through the "concept selling" process is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Sell capital and disposable products.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and various outreach methods, and develop strong customer and KOL relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Provide in-service education, training, technical support, and timely feedback on market conditions, while adhering to budget guidelines and supporting industry trade shows.
• Remote position requiring residence in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN area with overnight travel estimated at 50% - 65%.
