Candidates must reside in the territory; travel will be 60-80%. You will drive sales growth, expand market presence and develop strong customer relationships with end users, engineers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or similar field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of related sales and territory management experience.
• Gas utility industry experience preferred.
• Travel required, up to 60%.
• Experience developing sales plans and market development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed overall quota while driving market share growth.
• Develop and obtain approval of specifying Hubbell products at end users and engineer firms.
• Manage assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct sales calls on targeted customers, distributors, consultants and end users.
• Train distributor personnel to sell Hubbell products.
• Manage distributor relationships including joint promotions and quote feedback.
• Service distributors and end users by generating demand for products.
• Coordinate show invites, registrations and marketing fund deductions.
