Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Portfolio Manager in the Southeast region (remote) who can analyze agency activity and optimize premium growth across personal, specialty, and commercial lines. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and at least 3 years in sales, marketing, or insurance.

You will use data tools to track agency performance, collaborate with Service, Underwriting and Product teams, and coach new staff.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, particularly in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must successfully pass a third party testing process as determined by Farmers and meet the minimum proficiency standard for the approved language(s).
• Proficient in required technology and software. Broad understanding of market in territory and Farmers' position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and associated premium under management to understand trends and is responsible for realizing premium and profit objectives for all lines of business.
• Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business (Personal, Specialty and Business Insurance).
• Utilizes technology and data tools to manage agency and portfolio data and performance.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers.
