Farmers Insurance in the Southeast region is seeking a Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity and drive premium growth across Personal, Specialty, and Business lines. You will work independently or with a team to implement zone strategies and coach new staff.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or insurance, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with the company’s data tools. This remote position offers competitive pay,Bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State insurance license desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• Specialty, Auto and Commercial lines knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to pass third-party testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity and recommends profitable growth strategies.
• Implements zone or departmental strategies as assigned, solo or with a team.
• Trains on products, services and technology to achieve objectives.
• Manages agency and portfolio data using company tools; records competitive intel.
• Collaborates with Service, Underwriting and Product teams and mentors newer staff.
