Job summary

Farmers Insurance in the Southeast remote region seeks an Associate Agency Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity and drive premium and profit across Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines. You will use data tools to track performance and guide strategy with management support.

You will coordinate with Service, Underwriting and Product teams, mentor new associates, and bring at least 3 years of sales/insurance experience. English and Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• Specialty, Auto and Commercial lines product knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and associated premium under management to understand trends and is responsible for realizing premium and profit objectives for all lines of business.
• Assists management in the development and implementation of departmental and zone strategies independently or as part of a team.
• Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business (Personal, Specialty and Business Insurance).
• Utilizes technology to manage agency and portfolio data and performance and maintains up-to-date data.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers.
