Farmers Insurance seeks an experienced analyst to oversee a portfolio of agencies, analyze activity, and drive premium and profit growth across Personal, Specialty and Business lines. This role supports management in strategy development and implementation.

You’ll train teams on products, services and technology, use data tools to track performance, and collaborate with underwriting, service and other groups to reach broader company objectives. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State insurance license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and recommend profitable policy and premium growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Service, Underwriting and Product teams to support broader company objectives and manage portfolio data.
