Farmers Insurance in the United States is seeking a Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity and manage premium under management across Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines. You will support management in developing and implementing departmental and zone strategies, independently or with a team, using data and consultative sales techniques.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, at least 3 years in sales/insurance, and familiarity with technology tools.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Minimum 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• State insurance license desirable/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and premium under management.
• Develop and implement departmental/zone strategies, independently or as part of a team.
• Train on products, services and technology to achieve objectives; mentor new staff.
