Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity within a portfolio and help realize premium and profit objectives across personal, specialty, and commercial lines. The role supports management in developing and implementing departmental and zone strategies, independently or in teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/marketing/insurance, with knowledge of Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines, and proficiency with various data and communication tools.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, reading and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; state license desirable.
• Minimum 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience; knowledge of Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and associated premium under management to understand trends and help realize premium and profit objectives; supports management in department/zone strategy execution.
