Farmers Insurance seeks an experienced Analyst/Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity across a broad portfolio and drive premium growth while supporting multiple lines of business. You will develop strategies to improve profitability and work within a results-driven, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in sales, marketing or insurance plus fluency in English and Spanish, with a preferred Bachelor's degree and a desirable state license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and associated premium under management and recommends methods to provide profitable policy and premium growth.
• Works independently or as part of a team, implements special zone or departmental strategies as assigned.
• Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for multiple lines of business (Personal, Specialty and Business Insurance).
• Utilizes consultative skills to train on products, services and technology in order to achieve objectives.
• Utilizes technology to manage agency and portfolio data and performance; records competitor data and maintains up-to-date data.
• Develops agency management expertise, participates in planned training activities, and directs licensing and service requests to proper support groups.
• Collaborates with Service, Underwriting and Product, and field zone counterparts to support broader objectives.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers.
