Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a results-driven Analyst who will review agency activity across a portfolio of assigned agencies to drive premium growth and profitability for Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines. The role involves data-driven insights, collaboration with sales and underwriting teams, and coaching new associates.

You will work remotely from the Southeast region, must be fluent in English and Spanish, and bring at least 3 years in sales, marketing or insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• Specialty, Auto and Commercial lines product knowledge.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, particularly in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies to understand trends and is responsible for realizing premium and profit objectives for all lines of business.
• Assists management in the development and implementation of departmental and zone strategies independently or as part of a team.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers.
