Brady Corporation is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager for Engraving Solutions, a Brady/Gravotech brand. The role focuses on selling industrial equipment solutions with face-to-face customer engagement and strategic growth initiatives across the West Coast region from a remote base.

You will drive demonstrations, build long-term customer relationships, and expand market share through targeted plans and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting both existing account growth and high-potential new business to maximize regional volume.
• Perform high-impact product demonstrations and face-to-face consultations to solve customer needs.
• Continuously grow market share in signage, graphics, and personalization applications, while aggressively prospecting new opportunities within the industrial manufacturing market.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Represent the brand at virtual and in-person conferences, national sales meetings and tradeshows.
• Consistently visit customer facilities to interact directly to deepen relationships and brand presence.
