Brady Corporation is seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Product Marketing Manager for Engraving Solutions to accelerate market-led growth across multiple products and industries in North America. You will own day-to-day commercial launch execution and build sales enablement tools.

Based in one of Brady’s offices (Pittsburgh, Atlanta, or Milwaukee), you will partner with Global Product Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex solutions into compelling customer value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive B2B product marketing experience.
• Proven ability to execute complex initiatives independently while collaborating globally.

Responsibilities

• Execute data-driven regional commercial programs to accelerate pipeline velocity and market share.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and references.
• Own end-to-end launch execution across product, operations, sales, channel, and support teams.
• Monitor regional competitive activity and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Design and deliver technical and commercial channel training programs.
• Map and optimize the enterprise buying journey from awareness to onboarding.
• Provide localized field insights to support demand forecasting and pricing strategies.
