Job summary

Spray Equipment & Service Center is seeking a Territory Manager who will manage customer relationships, drive sales, and identify new business opportunities. This remote role is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area with travel across DFW and Texas.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or a technical field and 2–3 years of industrial paint or related sales experience, plus strong MS Office skills and customer-service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or technical field preferred.
• 2–3 years of industrial paint or industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow assigned territory by generating product and business solutions for customers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through timely, regular visits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and call upon industrial contractors and plants to identify needs, create demand and close sales.
• Increase sales by staying current with trends, indicators, competitors, supply and demand.
• Visit customers’ facilities to quote on requirements.
• Provide sales support via calls, emails and texts.
• Expand company footprint to new prospects geographically.
• Provide training to technicians and customers on application equipment and processes.
• Perform customer demonstrations or system validations.
• Conduct paint process assessments and provide technical assurance during sales appointments.
