Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager for Communications and Software to drive sales and expand the installed base in the specified territory. You will lead customer engagement across product lines, develop market strategies, and coordinate with product management to address Voice of the Customer.

The role requires deep experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution or related communications and software, plus a track record in strategic selling and channel

Qualifications

BS in Engineering with preference for Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
10+ years in power generation, transmission/distribution or communications and software in an engineering capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead customer engagement across multiple product lines within territory.
Develop strategies to assess customer needs and win business.
Collaborate with Product Management and sales team to capture Voice of the Customer.
