Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, preference Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in power generation, transmission and distribution or communications and software systems.
• 5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
• Experience supervising independent sales agents/distributors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement across multiple product lines within territory.
• Develop and execute region plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with Product Management to gather Voice of the Customer and drive market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Sales Channel Leadership to manage agents/distributors and optimize bookings.
