Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager, Communications and Software to drive sales and expand the installed base of grid-focused technology products and services. You will manage customer engagements across multiple product lines in a remote role, focusing on utility clients and channel partners.

The role requires a strong background in engineering, 5+ years in sales or product management, and experience leading distributors.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; preference for Electrical Engineering and MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in power generation, transmission and distribution or communications/software in an engineering capacity; utility experience preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
• Experience supervising independent sales agents/distributors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hubbell products and services through targeted territory programs.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and forecasts in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales channels to manage agents/distributors effectively.
• Lead market intelligence efforts to identify new opportunities.
