Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; MBA a plus.
• ~10+ years in power generation, transmission, or communications and software systems in an engineering capacity.
• ~5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
• Experience supervising independent sales agents/distributors preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical standards (UL/IEC/IEEE/CE) and import/export basics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow installed base in assigned territory.
• Lead customer engagement across multiple product lines and develop winning strategies.
• Develop regional plans, promote Hubbell products, and manage pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Channel Leadership to manage agents/distributors.
• Prepare proposals with internal teams and secure approvals.
• Travel up to 60% to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Convey market intelligence to Product Management and sales teams.
