Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Territory Manager, Communications and Software to drive sales and grow the installed base of Hubbell’s grid technology. You will lead customer engagement across multiple product lines within the assigned territory, developing winning strategies to address customer needs and win business with current and new customers.

This remote role requires residency in KS or nearby states and involves frequent collaboration with Product Management and sales teams to gather market

Qualifications

10+ years in power generation, transmission and distribution, or communications and software systems (engineering).
5+ years in sales, commercial, or product management roles.
Experience with independent sales agents/distributors preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote Hubbell as a market leader in electrical grid automation.
Develop and maintain a network of utility contacts and channel partners.
Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with Product Management to gather Voice of the Customer.
Travel up to 60% for customer meetings.
Assist with proposals and coordinate with sales channels.
Keep opportunity pipelines and forecasts current in CRM systems.
