Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager for the HPS Communications sales process serving end users and channel partners in the Florida and Georgia region. This remote role requires extensive travel within the territory and a strong background in sales, communications, and engineering/business acumen.

The successful candidate will manage distributor relationships, support strategic growth, and build long-term customer partnerships while meeting or exceeding sales quotas and fostering

Qualifications

• Willing to travel extensively in the geographic region.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral English skills with 5–10 years of communications or utility industry experience.
• Strong communication, confidence, and enthusiasm; use of technology to improve sales performance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to focus on strategic areas.
• Capable of managing regular sales activity with territory growth.
• Effective collaboration with BU management, pricing, and customer service teams.
• MS Office Applications proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develops knowledge of Hubbell Power Systems products and organization.
• Meet/exceed overall sales quotas and grow market share in the Florida and Georgia territory.
• Manage distributor relationships and partner with regional VP for planning/forecasting.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans for market growth.
• Manage key end-user accounts and understand drivers of their business and spending.
• Maximize product approvals across product lines.
• Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
