Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the HPS Communications sales process across end users and channel partners in the Florida and Georgia region. The role will be remote from a home office and focus on expanding market share while managing distributor relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, 5–10 years in the communications or utility sector, and strong presentation and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel extensively in geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of HPS products and manages relationships within end user and channel partner base.
• Meet/exceed sales quota and drive Hubbell Power Systems market share growth.
• Effectively manage distributor relationships.
• Assist Regional VP sales in territory planning/forecasting and development of a strategic growth strategy.
• Manage key end user accounts with exposure to HPS and understand drivers of their business and spending.
• Maximize product approvals for all product lines.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term plans for market share growth.
• Analyze market to identify new business opportunities.
