Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring a market-facing role focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships to connect employees and families with our Intensive Outpatient Programming. You’ll educate stakeholders, build pipelines, and drive adoption across priority markets while navigating a fast-paced startup environment.

Residing in Tennessee or nearby states, you’ll travel regionally to meet partners, host meetings, and expand Charlie Health’s reach within the corporate ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years proven sales experience with KPIs
• Experience working with unions, employers, and EAPs
• Willing to travel regionally; reside in TN/NC/SC
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup; self-driven
• Ability to educate and collaborate with labor and employer leaders

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, benefits managers
• Conduct cold outreach, educational meetings, and outreach activities
• Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer stakeholders
• Identify barriers to mental health access and work with EAP providers to overcome them
• Tailor outreach for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and ERGs
• Expand penetration across Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships
• Present to HR and partners; inform marketing and product strategies
