Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Experience with unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
• Must reside in Tennessee, North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; self-initiated with a strong will to win.
• Ability to travel regionally with a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
• Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings and presentations to raise awareness.
• Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days per week with employer stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to mental health access and collaborate with EAP providers to overcome them.
• Design tailored outreach strategies for HR teams and employee resource groups.
• Deepen penetrations across Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational events for HR teams and partners; gather feedback.
• Share insights with marketing/product to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet go-to-market goals.
