Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a senior sales pro to drive go-to-market initiatives with Labor, Union, and Employer partners in Texas and Louisiana.

You will cultivate relationships with HR leaders, EAPs, and benefits teams while delivering impactful outreach to educate stakeholders about Charlie Health’s behavioral health solutions. Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas & Louisiana, and be willing to regional travel.
• 5–8+ years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs is required.
• Startup mindset with high initiative and a track record of winning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Build relationships with HR, benefits managers, and EAP stakeholders across markets.
• Lead outreach activities, educational meetings, and advocacy to raise awareness.
• Conduct in-person field outreach 3–4 days per week with employer partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, product, and client success goals.
