Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring for a strategic Field/Partnerships role designed to expand access to behavioral health resources across labor unions and employers.

You will build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, EAPs, and benefits teams while leading outreach and education efforts to advance Charlie Health’s resources. The role requires 5-8+ years of sales experience, travel regionally, and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of proven sales experience, owning KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
• Ability to travel regionally; strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative approach.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners.
• Create and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
• Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities to raise awareness of Charlie Health’s resources.
• Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week, meeting employer-based stakeholders and community partners.
• Synthesize feedback from partners to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals.
