• 5-8+ years of proven sales experience.
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with initiative.
• Willingness to travel regionally with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
• Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and EAP stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach activities, host educational meetings, and run outreach programs.
• Travel regionally (3-4 days/week) to meet employer-based stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to support go-to-market goals.
