Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales across South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle in a fully remote, full-time role, partnering with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist.

You will create territory plans, spot opportunities, and build partnerships with healthcare professionals to accelerate revenue growth.

Base pay is $91,890–$112,310 per year, with target earnings up to $187,310; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 11 holidays, 20 PTO days, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
